What is the right way to do?

Dear all,

Could you pls help me with this question?

I have Vocalive full version for iPad.

I loaded a backing track into track 1, and then recorded my vocal on track 2.

Now what I want to do is to extract my vocal only as a wav file so that I can edit it in the computer.

However, I don’t know how to delete the backing track? I tried to mute it and then save the file, but could still hear the instrumental.

What is the right way to do?
