Yes it is VSTi. Please note that the standalone program and the plug-ins are 32-bit only.

It works as a standalone but I don't see it in my Vsti plugins in the new FL Studio ver. 20 mac. I tried by refreshing my Vsti plugin list but still nothing. How come?

That would suggest that FL20 is 64-bit and won't use 32-bit plugins. There may be a way to bridge from 32- to 64-bit in FL20, so maybe you could ask at the image-line forums to see if other FL users have had to do the same thing.
