Operating system. Purchased Sampletank Max, cannot
Get the software registered. Each time I use authorization
Manager, get error “can’t perform or something like that!

Can you confirm what you mean here please. Do you mean that the Authorisation Manager doesn't open at all, or you have an issue when you try and authorise a serial number?

The only reason I ask is that a 2009 MacBook Pro shouldn't be able to run High Sierra properly (they only support up to OSX10.11 El Capitan) and so the problem could be connected to the OS rather than anything else.
