ILoud Micros and Focusrite Scarlett 2i4

Hello,

My first weekend with a set of ILoud Micros is about over. I really like them and think they are a nice addition to the home studio. The way I have them connected to my audio device (Scarelett 2i4) with the provided cable does not let me control volume from the audio device (only the back of speakers or via my DAW with track volume).

Is there a way to connect these to the Scarelett and be able to use the monitor volume dial?

This cable could work but it would go into the balanced inputs on the audio device. Would this cause any kind of issue?

Yes that should work fine from the 1/4” outputs on your interface.
