AmpliTube 4 trial doesn't work in Logic X

I have a question
I will try (before buying) the AmpliTube 4 trial plugin in Logic X. I have a MAC MINI (10.9.5). I've downloaded and authorized AmpliTube 4 trial. Thats ok.
When I opened my Logic X and it will scan it gives an error indication and Logic stops working.
Its also the same when I rescan the plugin in the audio units manager.
In the stand alone version when I play guitar. The meters light up, but I have no guitar sound.
Can anyone help me?

Hello Hademus and welcome to the forum.

This is quite strange, but may have a number of possible reasons. I would suggest that you put a ticket into official IK Support here https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/mi/ so they can give you some one-to-one advice. They endeavour to reply to tickets within 1-2 working days.

What interface are you using? Make sure you have it selected as both Input AND Output device in the Audio MIDI Setup.

If you definitely have the FF802 as the input/output device in AT4 then maybe there is something in the TotalMix software stoping the signal getting to your monitors/headphones.

Its crazy...
Its seemed that I can't use no products of IK multimedia... I' ve also tried the sample tank plugin. It also gives an error! I have tried in Logic X and Cubase 7 on my mac mini... (And yes I have used the mac installer.)

Then I installed the AmpliTube 4 on another older PC (DELL-computer) with windows and cubase 7. It works very well.
Very strange...

Is it possible there is a conflict about my MAC system and the plugins of IK multimedia?

Its the first time I can't install a plugin...

Well, I couldn't confirm anything but Cubase 7 is six years old and and OS10.9.5 (Mavericks?) is five years old, so it's a possibility. The minimum requirement for AmpliTube4 is 10.7, so I would hope it wasn't that. You didn't say what version of LPX you were running.

Leaving SampleTank aside, did you get AT4 working standalone on your Mac? Did you look in TotalMix to see if it was actually receiving the signal from AT4? I ask this as, if you say that the meters are working in AT4, then it could be a routing issue rather than any problem with AT4.

I have logic 10.0.5.
The stand alone works!But when I leave it I got a message: "AmpliTube has stopped unexpectedly"

In Logic it doesn't work (by scanning still the "error"-message)
I have several times downloaded and installed

I'm afraid this sounds like an issue that maybe goes a little deeper than the help you'd be able to get from this forum.
