[RESOLVED] Unable to register my used iRig Stomp I/O

Bought a lightly used Stomp I/O but I'm unable to register it on the site, thus I'm unable to get some of the additional apps/SW. There's also no way for me to manually show it under My Products.

I have the serial number card, but I receive an error when I try to register it.

Any thoughts/advice?

Looks like the seller did not contact IK Support to properly transfer the hardware. I believe that if you contact IK Support at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support they should be able to take care of you post-sale but if possible it would also be great if you had the seller involved to provide any information support may need.

Thanks for the info. Was able to get the seller to perform a license transfer. All good now.
