Hello hfhfghg and welcome to the forum.
If you had downloaded AT3 previously, you will find the download and any add-ons you may have purchased in your User Area under My Products.
Install the AT3 app and the authorisation manager, enter your serial number in the auth manager and you should be good to go.
If your gear doesn't show up in AT3, open the Custom Shop app and click 'Restore My Gear' and you should be back to where you were on your previous set up.
Let us know if that doesn't solve the issue.
