I need to "activate" ST3 each time I open the plugin

Once correctly installed, ST3 should open without having to do anything additionally, unless you have installed further libraries or changed their location.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by activate the libraries please.

1 The ST3 software does not normally need to be Authorized each time it is opened, unless there is some sort of File/Registry permissions problem
