Authorisation Manager error 201

Setting up a new Windows PC with Reaper (was previously on a Mac with Reaper/Pro Tools). Gone into my IK Multimedia account, get in no problem using usual e mail and password, downloaded my products....then when I downloaded IK Multimedia Authorisation Manager and try to log in, I initially got a message saying no internet (there was), then tried again and getting a message saying incorrect e mail or password 'error 201'. Double and triple checked and they are correct and are fine when logging into this forum.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Mike

This is definitely something that is official support remit. They will know exactly what the error codes mean and it will be better to get some on-to-one help on this.

Someone may chime in here with some advice, but it doesn't look like that error code has come up on the forums before (at least not in the last 5 years), so it looks like it's something specific to your system.

just the same problem with my new Amplitube 4 Deluxe on Mac. Error 201 Login details are not correct, but they work perfectly in C.Shop and this website.
