Logic Pro X can't find T-Racks 3 single plugins [Resolved]

Postby simonsloth » Fri Nov 23, 2018 12:52 pm

Hi

I just downloaded my old copy of T-Racks 3 Deluxe and installed both the T-Racks 3 Deluxe application and the Custom Shop.
The .components is visible in my plugin folder (https://drive.google.com/file/d/16LQutR ... sp=sharing)

but in Logic they don't show up. Logic didn't scan for new audio units when opening it, so I tried to rescan in the plugin manager, but without luck.

Does anybody know how to fix this? I guess that the T-Racks 3 is 64-bit compatible but maybe not?

Hello simonsloth and welcome to the forum.

Try logging into Custom Shop and click [Gear} >> "Restore my Gear"

Does the standalone T-RackS 3 program run OK and load the modulaes?

When I click "restore my gear", it just goes to "My Gear" and shows the plugins I have purchased (https://drive.google.com/file/d/11SMfHp ... sp=sharing)

The standalone application works just fine and loads the modules.

Are the plugins visible in the Plugin Manager, but saying that they've not been 'successfully validated' or are they not in there at all?

And just to check, the pathway where the component files are installed should be:

MacHD(or SSD)>Library>Audio>Plug-Ins>Components

It's difficult to tell from the image attached to the first post whether this is where they are.

Also, what version of macOS and Logic are you using?

Thanks for answering. For some reason it works now! (after a simple restart)
