Hi iankinzel and welcome to the forum.
Log into the Custom Shop app (not AT4), click on Gear>Restore My Gear and see if that does the trick.
If not, as this is primarily a user forum, you should raise a ticket with IK official support here
https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/mi/ in case no one else chimes in with advice or a solution.
