SampleTank 3 license transfer problem

Okay so I purchased the License Transfer Credit to transfer SampleTank 3. I went to my products, ST3 and hit "Transfer" and that was it. I didn't see the product anymore and I couldn't be able to put in the email address that I was supposed to transfer to. Need help ASAP.

The serial will be removed from your account when you click transfer per the FAQ at https://www.ikmultimedia.com/faq/index.php?id=44

You would need to provide the serial to the new user / buyer. Since you do not appear to have the serial, you must work directly with IK Support at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support so they can look into your account directly and assist.
