MIDI TRS breakout cable pinout now standardized

It seems that the IK Multimedia breakout cable (Arturia and Korg pinout) has now been standardized by the MIDI Manufacturers Association. They recommend the 2.5mm jack, as is used by IK Multimedia.

As for the cable:
All cables shall use shielded twisted pairs, as defined for a MIDI cable.
