When i press either cab A or B in AmpliTube 4 it crashes

Firstly, please make sure you are using the most up to date version of the software, in case a previous bug has been fixed. Either way, I think you're going to need to give us some more information. For example, what platform, OS and DAW you are using, does this happen immediately or after sometime using the software, is it specific cabs etc...

I'm using Fl studio as my DAW.

Windows 10 Pro, 8gb of ram, amd a6-5200 APU with Radeon graphics,64 bit.

and the crash only happens when I just press either cab A or B even when I'm 5 seconds in AmpliTube or 5 mins.

I don't have a audio interface yet, I'm just testing AmpliTube.

Although it shouldn't really cause a crash, what driver is used for the on-board sound?

I'm not a Windows expert, so I would definitely put a ticket into official support for some one-to-one help incase no one else has any input on this.

I have two audio drivers on my laptop.

1. AMD High Definition Audio Driver

2.High Definition Audio Device

But I think my laptop uses the High Definition Audio Device for sound.

Well, it's a long shot, but double check that the driver that FL is set to is the same as the one that the OS is currently set to, just in case there's a conflict.

I would also suggest that you close any other apps that you have open, so they don't call for the sound card at the same time.

Like I said, long shot and I haven't any experience with Win10.
