Trying to update to lastest version

I receive this message when I try to update my software under "My Products." When I click on the "Go on to the webpage (Not recommended) link, nothing happens.

It does look like something spooky is going on with downloads, as there has been a similar problem raised in the AmpliTube forum.

If the problem persists and you can't get the download, I would put a ticket into official IK support here https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/mi/

If you haven't cleared IK-related cookies and all cache (and restarted your browser) since the new site was released, you must do so. If that doesn't work please report your issue to IK Support as the mods, admins, or users of this forum are not going to be able to resolve this issue directly with you but support can work with the web/IT team and troubleshoot directly with you to resolve this.
