AmpliTube Max bundle upgrade

Hi,
I have just purchased the AmpliTube Max bundle .To upgrade my AmpliTube software .
I am now experiencing issues with the output to my computer speakers.
In a nut shell the application opens but I get no sound. Has anyone else run into this issue and if so how did you get it to work? Running iRig2 with Bose speakers on a PC.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Unfortunately, the iRig 2 is not officially Windows/PC compatible.
