Authorization problem

Hi!
I have changed my power supply unit in my computer, and now I can not use the T-Racks CS plugins. He is requiring the authorization progress to be done. I did it already three times, and it looks to be successful, but the plugin asks the procedure again and again (In Cubase5St).
Why does not accept my authorization, or wha do I do wrong?

Make sure you are using the latest version of Authorization Manager, form here:

Hi! Yes, I've downloaded the latest Auth.Manager, before trying to authorize.
It did not help.

I have already contacted the customer service, and waiting for their respond.
I think, the problem can be the fact, that I re-installed the Win7 (because of HD failure)
And maybe the sytem does not allow me to authorize again.
The strange thing is: all attempt is completed, and there is no any message about any problem. It looks to be normally finished.
I hope, there will be good solution.
