Mac Software to control iRig UA

The website is unclear - is it possible to control iRig UA using Mac? If so, what exactly should I install?
My Android phone does not have OTG, so I cannot use an Android app.

I tried installing AmpliTube and connecting iRig UA to USB, but the app only uses the laptop's microphone. The blue LED on iRig UA is on, but other than that nothing is happening with it.

Yes, the iRig UA is Mac compatible. Check out the AmpliTube CS (Custom Shop) software from your User Area -> My Products section of your IK Multimedia account (https://www.ikmultimedia.com/userarea/my-products/) to get started.

This software will have an Audio/MIDI Set Up section under the 'Settings' drop down menu in the top navigation bar.
