Can't get a clean sound

Hi,

I have the Irig Stmop I/O and an Ipad Pro and cannot get a clean sound.

No matter what I try clean is always slightly distorted and distorted sound very fizzy. I have adjusted the gain, the levels in the app. Nothing works. If I take just the twin reverb or bassman with no effects etc I get the problem.

I've reinstalled the app, tried a different Ipad and also I have tried my Line6 Sonic Port and get the same issue so I know it's not the Irig. If I run Bias FX I get great clean sounds and no distortion. It's just the Amplitube App. It happened on ios 11 and ios 12.

Any ideas? I did email support but never heard anything back.
