iRig Pro stops signal after 15-25 seconds

I'm trying to record some video with audio via the interface and a DI line in from an FX processor into an iPhone 7. It works like a charm for 15-25 seconds, then the green light fades to standby blue and I see I'm getting no audio. Faulty unit or user? :|

I did not see this post, I hope you have also contacted IK Support for direct technical assistance as they are able to assist with issues like this. This forum is more for user-to-user interaction and general information and I see there were no users who could chime in to help.
