Irig Pro I/O Connection with Mic issue

Hi my dears,

I bought this irig pro I/o last year. I normally use it for Guitar playing/recording with 1/4 inch jack.
Just yesterday I tried it with my friend 's condenser mic, I had turned on 48V Phantom power also. But it did not work , no sounds / singnals are coming from Mic. So shall I go see technician at service center please?
So I would like to ask you guys about this issue.
