Arpeggiator not working out of the box(RESOLVED)

Greetings,
very excited to find this product, just picked one up three days ago.
Really got into the videos and tutorials today, and nothing I do gets the arpeggiator to run.
The light does come on to indicate it is supposed to be running.
I am hoping there is a setting in another part of unit that is wrong.
I am running on batteries and did do the firmware update.
Anyone else experience this or have some advice? I will give this a few days before filing a real trouble ticket.

Hi!

Usually an arpeggiator requires at a least few notes to be held down in order to produce output? (Did you already try that?).

I've had zero issues with my unit apart from a question regarding the 'triangle wave' which looks more like the 'shark tooth' on the Moog but since both oscillators behave the same I suppose 'it's by design'(Would love to hear it confirmed by IK though).

I suppose there is an assumption that a purchaser of these products has a general idea of these functions are supposed to work.

The video and instructions do not spell out specifically what to do at this point, or how many keys and how far apart these keys need to be to get it to run.

I believe this was the kind of error I was making, so thank you for giving me some better instructions.

I will reply again, one way or another.

No joy,and I confirmed the sequencer is not working either.

Just for the record, I contacted support and they were a big help. It turns out my son had changed the midi clock to usb instead of internal. Once I changed that back it was good. Kudos to IK support.

I would like to try this, anyone know how to access this?

Alt-synch was set to USB instead of internal.

Solo para que conste, me puse en contacto con el soporte y fueron de gran ayuda. Resulta que mi hijo había cambiado el reloj midi a usb en lugar de interno. Una vez que lo cambié de nuevo, estuvo bien. Felicitaciones al apoyo de IK. me fue de gran ayuda gracias por tu aportacion funciona correctamente.
