Studio To GO Promotion for iLoud Micro Monitors

It's been 2 months since I registered my new iLoud Micro Monitors online, then redeemed my FREE promotion for the iLoud travel tote. No other email or notifications have come forward since then.

Can anyone please reply to my request on how much more time it takes to deliver this tote travel bag? I've tried to contact the U.S. office in FL, but no one is home! (during multiple hours of the day)

Have you contacted support at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support ? That would be the best point of contact to get support directly from IK.
