iLoud Micro monitor stereo problem

Postby riscalise » Tue Aug 14, 2018 6:58 pm

Hi, I bought the iLoud micro monitors a week ago and I noticed that the left monitor has more volume between 1khz and 2khz than the right one.
I tried everything. I changed the cables and the position of the monitors and I get the same problem (bluetooth also).

I'm using a TASCAM M-164UF interface and a Windows 10, I5 processor, 32gbRAM.

Any ideas?

Make sure the switches on the back are all set to the proper settings for your environment. If that is not the issue please contact IK Support at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support for issues of this nature. Thank you.

Did you find a solution riscalise? I am having a very similar issue. The right channel sounds a bit muffled compared to the left one. I haven't made measured the difference butthose measurements feel they could reflect my situation well .
I wonder if it is the interconnecting cable.
