If a purchase is made on the PC/Mac for Amplitube, lets say the Mesa Boogie pack, will it be available also in the mobile for that user or are they different packs? I noticed on my Android tablet the purchases were different in Google Play. So if I bought the Mesa Boogie for my PC (Cubase), would it be available on my Android?
Any help would be appreciated.

No, they are separate products. They are not shared across those platforms..
