iloud battery replacement

iloud battery replacement

Hi all,

How would I go about replacing the battery on my iloud? After fully charging it only lasts a few minutes before turning off. I've owned it for a few years but it has been used minimally. Pretty disappointing it requires a battery change already.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

The battery is not labeled as a user-serviceable part that I can see. Please inquire with IK Support at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-sup ... -hardware/ and they will be able to assist you directly.
