irig HD2 not activating full ipad app

Hi.. I recently bought a new irig HD2... activating amplitube 4 on my PC has been fine... but on my ipad, despite registering the app and the HD2 following the instructions on the website the ipad remains as the free app.

I have contacted support and they simply sent me the text from the website on how to activate - but I had already done that and still it does not active the full ipad version.

Any ideas? Or has anybody seen this before?

If you have registered your iRig HD 2 serial inside the AmpliTube CS for iPad app (not just on the website) and have not seen the gear listed here (where there are also instructions how to unlock along with the gear list that is unlocked under "More Info") at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/ir ... ig-hd2-app then IK Support would need to assist you.
