Amplitube 4 & Irig HD 2

I have just taken delivery of my Irig HD 2, Registered on teh the website and have installed Ampltube 4.

When I use Amplitube and set up input / output as ASIO, it says "cannot itialise audio device". The IRig HD 2 is showing up in my devices list.

Is that correct or should I be using something else (i.e. windows audio as the Irig also shows there as an input device)?

I am having this same issue as [martyjward] with Amplitube 4 & Irig HD 2, i.e. [ When I use Amplitube and set up input / output as ASIO, it says "cannot itialise audio device".] while setting up. Also, when I switch from the default American Clean 1 to any other selection the sound changes to distortion. Anyone with a solution or suggestion to this problem please assist. I'm using a laptop with Windows version 10- 64bit . Thank You
