M-Audio [not working with] Igrand and Ilectric

I bought a bundle of SampleTank, Igrand and Ilectric. My M-Audio Keystation 49 works with ST, but Igrand and Ilectric are not supported. Why? Is there a fix? Nothing about this lack of support was mentioned before I bought these.

Now I am concerned about buying more IK Media products fearing I will waste my money since I may not be able to use them.

What gives?

Did you get a response from tech? If so, what was the answer? Tech has been very helpful for me with all my IOS and computer apps.

I did get a reply through email. The problem was my controller was transmitting on a different midi channel then the apps were set to receive

Good to hear. I’ve been working with controllers and music software for quite a few years, and still find that sometimes I still overlook the simple things. Glad you are on track.
