Presets from T-racks 4 to 5

Can i import my old presets to t-racks5 from the earlier t-racks??

Sure is:

3.3.1 - Presets backward compatibility
If you are upgrading from previous versions of T-RackS (or you have them still installed on your computer), it is possible to both read and load older T-RackS CS presets and they will work perfectly. However, the old user presets need to be copied manually from the T-RackS folder to the T-RackS 5 folder.

On windows 7, the folders are in My Documents\IK Multimedia\...

So i need only copy them to the tracks 5 presets folder and they work?

I own T-Racks Custom Deluxe.
Can someone give us the actual directory path on Mac OS 10.13.3? I've tried copying the older T-Rack 3, T-Racks Deluxe, and T-Racks CS user presets but they still don't show up. One of my user presets folders shows up, but there's nothing in the folder. I'm thinking the directory is somewhere else?

I have files in 2 places:
One is in my User/Documents/IK Multimedia
One is in my user/Library/Audio/Presets/IK Multimedia
