No one ever reply to phone messages i want to place a order

Over the past two weeks, I have called many times and left messages and every time not once have I got a callback.
I have left messages with both sales and support in FL.

I would like to pre-order the new stompbox system.

The shopping cart will not let me make the order.

It only shows the address for my CC but I need a different mail to address to send it to.

My home address is not the same as my CC address.

The shopping cart has no way for me to enter this in for the shipping address.
My shipping address is in AL but my CC address is in FL so it is also trying to charge me the tax for shipping to FL when I am not in FL.

Can someone at IK please help me place my order today.
