I bought the IRIG2 HD. Registered it. Downloaded the Amplitute 4 and when I use the Authorization Manager to Register it, I get "This Product is not supported by the Authorization Manager (509). However, when I go into Amplitube 4 it states its not an authorized version and want me to restart Authoriztaon Manager again. How do I fix this??

Authorization Manager is for software, not hardware. You'd register your iRig accessory at
http://www.ikmultimedia.com/registration first
After that, you'll see AmpliTube 4 and the appropriate serial number, which you can register using Authorization Manager, available in your IK User Area under "My Products"

Thank you for you help. When I tried to register my IRIG 2HD,, it said product was already registered. I did register it earlier but was not logged in so my Irig registration is not tied to my account. How can I fix this?

If your iRig HD 2 is not registered to the correct account you will need to contact IK Support at
