CAN'T GET ASSISTANCE FROM IK MULTIMEDIA

I bought the iRig HD2 in good faith thinking it was a good product. I have been trying to correctly hook it up and use it with my windows 10 computer and my iphone 5s. I have sent multiple tickets 539004,526470 to get help from the company. I try to answer their questions as best I can but due to my memory loss it s difficult. I asked if someone could simply call me and assist me over the phone with installation because I have trouble with my memory from being nearly blown up in Iraq. Can someone help me PLEASE.

Sorry to hear that you've run into problems. Support should be able to help, but, meanwhile, if you can describe the problem here other users with the same hardware and OS may be able to offer some suggestions.
