I bought the iRig HD2 in good faith thinking it was a good product. I have been trying to correctly hook it up and use it with my windows 10 computer and my iphone 5s. I have sent multiple tickets 539004,526470 to get help from the company. I try to answer their questions as best I can but due to my memory loss it s difficult. I asked if someone could simply call me and assist me over the phone with installation because I have trouble with my memory from being nearly blown up in Iraq. Can someone help me PLEASE.
