ST3 VST3i with REAPER

I can't get the VST3i to work properly in REAPER. I only plays the first few notes of any midi track. It will do that or some times play only a few notes of the track here and there. As in, skipping 4 - 5 notes and playing ever 6th or 7th note.
I have the VSTi version working just fine so I'm using that. I currently have a song with 6 midi tracks and 4 of them are playing fine through the VSTi version. (The other 2 are assigned to other synths.)
I really don't know if I'm missing out on anything because I can't get the "3i" to function properly.
Anyone here know what I need to do to make it work?

Stick with the VST2 version. I am not convinced by the VST3 implementation in Reaper.

Also, please report the issue to IK Multimedia so that they can check whether there is a bug in the ST3 VST3i plug-in.
