Solo "Violin Sustain 4,0 mf" - No awnser from support

Hello,

I submit a support request ( #454016) two weeks ago and i got no answer.

Do you know if it is usual to wait so long for a a response?

The subject of the ticket is the Solo "Violin Sustain 4,0 mf" (miroslav philaharmonk 2),
When playing and sustaining G3 note until the end of the 4 seconds, at the end it produces a strange sound (like a vibrato or a children laugh in the background).

I wonder if it is something to be expected from a violin solo. If it is the case, how can i work around that issue?
* Audio Filtering?
* Playing shorter notes but how to get the feel it is one long note?
* Or is there a way to edit the multi in sampletank to play another G an octave lower?
