Hi, the AmpliTube 4 presets are located here on Windows 10 systems:

Windows: C:\Users\*USER*\Documents\IK Multimedia\AmpliTube 4\Presets

In Windows 10 you have a choice to set your Documents to be local or use OneDrive. I don't recall which is the default but now I might assume that OneDrive is since you were unaware that was the location. Thanks!

Hi,yes I must have accidentally made onedrive my default.
I couldn't find the folder at first which meant I couldn;t just drop my presets into the folder as I don't like using legacy import.
Issue is resolved now anyway.

In this case if you didn't add any of your own I would recommend reinstalling AmpliTube. However, I personally would not do anything without consulting IK Support for official support. They can be reached at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support and I'm certain they can assist you with this issue.
