Irig Pro Duo and Windows

Hi, I plugged the Pro Duo into a windows laptop.(64 bit) I opened Reason, I see the outputs but the input channels are greyed out. I can hear playback but I can't record. Any ideas? Are their drivers to install for windows? Reason looks for a control panel in the audio input section. I've been looking on the site and I don't see any info about drivers for windows. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

You must use ASIO4ALL in order to use iRig Pro DUO on Windows. Please refer to the FAQ at https://www.ikmultimedia.com/faq/index.php?id=1089 for more information how to set it up.

Nevermind....if you have this problem...download and install ASIOFORALL...problem fixed.

I am not able to get my hp Spectre to recognize the iRig Pro Duo. I've downloaded and installed the ASIOFORALL driver. Still no go.
