I understood that amplitube custom shop is free. However i am asked to authorize Amplitube. This requires a serial i don't have. Can someone help me out? What am i missing?

You can find your serial number for AmpliTube Custom Shop in your
IK User Area under "My Products"

Trying to authorize SampleTank Custom Shop. After Serial Number i got a message: Missing Session ID (104)
What is goin on?
