All my AmpliTube 5 guitar related products are locked. I don't know what happened. In the Custom Shop, all the products are unlocked. only happened in AmpliTube 5 computer app. What's going on?

Please open IK Product Manager and make sure you log in and check if AmpliTube is authorized. You may need to un-authorize and then re-authorize your AmpliTube 5 there in Product Manager.

It didn't work. something wrong.
I'm using Mac OS Sequoia 15.5
refreshed, deleted the software, updated Ik Multimedia manager, deactivated and reactivated but still not working.
