presets not showing pedals in live mode

The live mode doesn't show the pedals and you can't drag and drop them from the chain into the live slots.

Can this be implemented please

So, on YouTube and in one of the forums the answer was to ensure the pedals were right after the DI and before the splitter, and that used to work but no longer works.

Very frustrating, can't seem to add pedals to a slot in live mode. Anyone able to help??
