Need help / Miroslav Philharmonik 2 Sounds

I'm having problems trying to download sounds for Miroslav 2 to a new computer (using a Mac Mini running Sequoia 15.4.1)

I was able to download sounds for other IK products but with Miroslav I get the message "install starting, please wait" but the install never starts.

I was able to go to the user area and download all the sounds/installers (17 segments) but the installers for all of these segments crash with my OS 15.4.1 system.

All of the downloaded Instruments, Samples, Multis etc are in my download folder (all segments). Is there a way to manually copy these to the correct locations for installation?

If so, could you please give me detailed instructions of how to do that? I'm an older person with ok computer skills, so as much as detail as possible would be appreciated.

I've tried several messages with support, but they never answer this specific question, (yes I've cleared cache partial downloads etc)
Also the responses are on average several days apart. Disappointing and not very helpful, so far.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I am in contact with support, but they haven't been very helpful. so if someone here could please help with how to manually install the files in my download folder, I'd be really grateful.
