Hardware control of MODO DRUM mixer?

Has anyone managed to link a hardware controller to the mixer in MODO DRUM?

Below is my setup
Hardware: Nektar Panorama T6
OS: Mac OS Sonoma
DAW: Studio One Professional
MODO DRUM version: free plugin

So I would like to control the mixer faders with the hardware faders of the T6, or Faderport 16 for that matter, but neither has worked so far. As mentioned I'm using the free version plugin inside DAW.
