Just purchased, and can't update the firmware.

No TONEX device has been authorized.
To use TONEX Editor, please register your TONEX device.
Click OK to open the IK Multimedia Product Manager.

The Pedal shows registered in IK Product Manager, but shows the above on TONEX Editor. The pedal is seen on My MacBook Air, as I can verify it needs a FQ update as shows FW 1.4.1 (FW Updated needed) in the TONEX Editor app.

Emailed support over the weekend, still waiting on a reply back....

support replied, this fixed my issue:

Load the IKPM and log out completely, close it and load it and relog in and authorize the Tonex again.
