Getting Miroslav Philharmonik to work?

Hi.
I've got Miroslav Philharmonik installed, it works in Sample Tank, but not as a standalone.
It doesn't show in my DAW ( Cakewalk)VST list anywhere, and if I try to open it from the desktop icon I just get a DLL error box pop up, saying it can't be loaded.
I have gone through un-install/re-install etc multiple times, also tried IK support. Still no luck
Anyone got any ideas how to solve this?

Oh yeh.
I do have a screen shot of the error box but I don't know how to attach it.

They can help you with the Dll error and get your sounds up and running.

Hi.
I've done all that, been onto IK support loads.
Whatever they suggested didn't work.
I Un-installed / re-installed etc so many times, followed all of their instructions, still no joy.
In the end they just said something like " Well, it's worked for other people".
I also asked Cakewalk support, they pointed me to this forum.
It seems no one has any idea how to solve this.
