AXE I/O One no latency control in Cubase

I cannot change latency in Cubase on AXE I/O One. Can't open ASIO Control Panel.
On OLD E-Mu 1616 interface everything is working and i can set even 2 ms latency. With AXE I/O One latency for 24/96 is 12ms and there is no place to change it. Latency is acceptable only for 16/48 but, please its 2025 and old E-MU from 2006 is working perfectly with low latency in new Cubase 14. Disabling AXE I/O in Windows sound management was the solution. This interface can't work with Windows 11 Sound Management and ASIO simultaneously. Still there is no Buffer / latency settings but latency in 24/96 dropped to 3 ms.
