Hello,
I have acquired Amplitube 5 SE through PluginBoutique today and all the gear the manual says i should own shows up as locked.
I have had no issues authorizing the application trough the IK Product Manager. I have also already installed ALL the applications i had the right to so that i could log into them and select 'restore purchases' as was advised online.
None of it helped. I am now stuck with a demo-like version of Amplitube 5 and can not use any of the gear i paid for.
I have asked for help with a customer support ticket but didn't even get a notification e-mail or the option to upload screenshots even though IK Multimedia asks you to do so.
Help!

Which gear are you missing, can you please give an example?
Also if you did not receive a confirmation email you likely opened a sales/service ticket. To open a technical support issue which this would be, please use
https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/sw - and once you get the confirmation email from that you will be able to reply to that email with screenshots.
