I have this problem, but there is a little bit of a fix.

If you copy all the presets out of each folder and put them in the root of the 'PresetsGlobal' folder you can scroll through them using the arrows.

I kept the original folder versions too incase I need them, but I'm just happy being able to scroll through them while I'm sat at my drums via a single click now!

Same problem here. Preset scroll on top of VST unable to select anything other than 90s Rock.
Incrediby tedious. Cant be difficult to resolve that..

This is not a technical support forum. If you didn't report it to IK Support, you should do so and they will help you resolve your issue. Note that it may also be something that is not global, even if a few people seem to be experiencing a similar issue. Thank you.

Hey! Thanks for the work around, that worked like a charm. No more tedious patch switching.
