Purchased Total Studio 5 Max Issue with Signature Collection

Purchased Total Studio 5 Max Issue with Signature Collection

I purchased Total Studio 5 Max today. All is good except the Signature collections included in TS5 Max that I don't own are still showing as "not owned" on the website and in my Tonex Max App. I did clear cache and "restored purchases" several times but no change. I noticed my order status is received and not completed yet. Not sure if that is the case. I also noticed that the few things I did not own in Ampltube 5 are also showing "not owned/purchased". I'm a TS 4 Max owner. I did open a ticket with IK Support. I was wondering if anyone else has this same issue. I've used the products for years and usually don't have issues with activating new products. I was also wondering if there is a delay in getting the new signature collections when purchasing TS 5 Max since it is so new. Any help/assistance from the community is greatly appreciated.

I seem to be having the same issue. None of the Collections seem added to ToneX and I don't see a way of registering them.

Hey Peter @Peter_IK I guess there is an issue with the authorization of the Signature collection and Amplitube Collections with the purchase of Total Studio 5 Max. I did open a ticket with IK Support. Just wondering if you have any information. Thanks for your time.

I have the same issue with authorization of the Tonex Signature collection and Amplitube collections with purchase of Total Studio 5 Maxgrade. I opened also ticket with IK support.

IK Support is aware and there should be a fix soon for those experiencing this but in the mean time if you report these to IK Support you should get some direct assistance to get you going quickly so thank you for those that opened tickets and if you have not done so yet you may want to so IK Support can assist directly.

UPDATE: It looks like there was a fix on the back end so if you are having this issue please re-authorize in your IK Product Manager and you should be all set!

Thanks for info. All Tonex signature collections are now ok after re-authorize.
Amplitube Morley collection couldn’t be registered after re-authorizing Amplitube 5 Max V2.

Signatures are working. Support got back to me on the status and gave me a separate Serial number for the Morley Pedal. If you opened a support ticket you should get serial number for you to authorize Morley Pedals. As Peter stated we will get individual treatment from IK Support. Just as an update, I've unauthorized Amplitube and re-authorized, in Product Manager and still no dice.
