No input signal when connected to audio interface

Hi guys,

When i connect my guitar > Tonex One > Input 1 of my audio interface (Scarlett 2i2), i get no signal from my guitar to my audio interface. Not even a signal on my Tonex One when trying the Tuner or Input trim function.

I've tried every audio settings (ASIO, Windows, Scarlett, ...) but nothing works.

Am i doing something wrong?

I tried Guitar > Tonex One > Amp. That works without problem.

Hey,

I've been trying to use Tonex One as an audio interface today.
Guitar > Tonex One > Headphones.
Audio settings on Tonex software + Windows are Asio Tonex.

I have sound from Windows and the stuff playing on PC but my Tonex One still doesn't read/get a guitar signal.
When (dis)connecting my guitar cable from the Tonex One, i can hear connecting sound/transients so it is playing the sound that it gets from the input.

Even in Windows Mic options with Tonex, the mic signal stays zero all the time.

Howdy,

I also tried a new install on my laptop to try to use Tonex One as an audio interface connected with the included USB-C cable without any adapters being used.

Again no guitar signal. (With mic permission from Windows)

Update:

I got it working somehow and some time ago but wanted to end this topic. I first tried what i knew what was working (Guitar > Tonex > Amp). Tonex One powered with power adapter.
After that i powered the Tonex One with the USB-C with my PC. Still working.
And then i connected the output cable of the Tonex to my Scarlett interface of my PC instead of my Amp. That's it, bam i got signal now..

Anyway, have a good day.
