I have 6TB in SSDs.
Installers go into OneDrive. I have no control over this and OneDrive is critical for having the same desktop and documents everywhere. Thats why i created a IK account.
Applications go to Program Files. Content goes to Public. There is a 3.6GB Syntronik folder in Public\Documents\IK Multimedia.
SampleTank on the jmber account hasn't updated its database properly. I reinstalled Syntronic from the jmber account (eartng 800M of my OneDrive), but it didn't fix the issue.

C:\Users\Public\Documents\IK Multimedia\Syntronik 2
There are no libraries in \Users\IK\Documents\IK Multimedia
As an extra clue I noticed when i launched Product Manager from the user account that Syntronik was not authorized, despite having been used in the IK account secondes before. I authorized it but to no avail.
It's possible that at some point the two accounts have been used simultaneously, but NOT the Product Manager.
Please tell me there is a quick solution.
